DTU Microbial Secondary Metabolite Library and MS Database
The DTU Metabolomics Core hosts the DTU Microbial Secondary Metabolite MS Database and Reference Standard Library.
Our reference standard library contains over 1,400 microbial secondary metabolites, many of which were isolated and characterized for the first time within our department using the Metabolomics Core infrastructure.
The DTU Microbial Secondary Metabolite MS Database was created using an Agilent UHPLC-QTOF (G6545) high-resolution MS/MS system, enabling accurate-mass and automated MS/MS screening of microbial secondary metabolites. The database supports dereplication and annotation of newly isolated microbial strains.
Since the library is intended solely for research purposes, DTU assumes no liability for any errors in the database.
