Instrumentation

Hardware

Q-Exactive HF-X Orbitrap MS coupled to nanoLC EASY1200, which ensures the highest level of sensitivity and speed for the analysis of complex lysates, post-translational modifications and low cell input samples. It is also very well suited for targeted analysis using PRM (Parallel Reaction Monitoring).

Orbitrap Fusion Tribrid MS coupled to nanoLC EASY1000, enabling highly sensitive and accurate protein identification in complex mixtures. Enables fragmentation by Electron Transfer Dissociation (ETD) for analysis of labile post-translational modifications such as phosphorylation, glycosylation, nitrosylation and sulfonation. Compatible with PRM for targeted analysis, and this is the instrument of choice of TMT (tandem mass tags) analysis using the SPS-MS3 method.
